Program Evaluations

—This post is for both students and parents.—

Wow, the chilly fall breezes and the smattering of yellows and reds in 3rd Avenue’s trees tell me that summer’s definitely over. We’ve got just a few weeks of relative calmness before we head into the holiday season.

This is a great season for me to spend some time examining my effectiveness, and the effectiveness of the youth ministry in general.

I really, really, covet your feedback to help me in this process. At the links below, you’ll find a couple different surveys. Please fill them out as thoroughly and honestly as possible. Don’t worry: constructive criticism won’t hurt my feelings! And no matter who you are or how involved you are, I encourage you to offer your feedback!

You may choose whether to be anonymous or not. Obviously, if you get back to me electronically, I’ll know where it came from, but you may also print out your response and drop it by the office. An reason to put your name on the survey would be if you’d like to dialog further about your responses.

Please return completed surveys as soon as you can. Email. Snail mail. In person. Whatever is most convenient!

I’d like to remind you all that the youth ministry of 1st. Presbyterian Church of Durango exists to serve YOU and YOUR FAMILY in furthering the message of Jesus Christ. Please take advantage of this opportunity to shape the way we serve you!
